I became a member of the MOEP board on my retirement from full-time employment. Having had a life long interest in young people I believed in the ethos of the Project. Young people deserve the benefits that come from being employed and be equal participants in our community. Some young people do need support to overcome individual barriers that can make employment more tricky for them. MOEP provides person-centred support and training tailored to achieve their goals.
